Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Personal Data Protection Law”) Information Statement

At Polydesa (hereinafter referred to as “Polydesa.com”), we value the personal data and privacy of our valued customers (hereinafter referred to as “customers”). Personal data obtained within the framework of the principle of respect for privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms is processed by our company within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Personal Data Protection Law”). Processing is defined in Article 3 of the KVKK as the recording, storage, preservation, modification, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, and classification of personal data.

Polydesa.com records and uses, within the scope permitted by law, your name and surname, company title (if any), phone numbers, email address, access and traffic information, email correspondence, phone calls to our call center, and communication and interaction with our social media accounts, provided by you when contacting us via the contact form.

Recording and Use of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed by Polydesa.com for the following purposes, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law:

• Providing products or services, planning pre- and post-sales processes, ensuring continuity of communication during the provision of infrastructure or technical maintenance, repair, and installation services for the product/service offered.
  Improving our service quality.
• Providing information upon request by judicial and administrative authorities.
• Periodic campaign activities, if the consent text is selected, and sending newsletters and notifications within this framework.

Personal Data Owners’ Rights Under KVKK No. 6698

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply for the following purposes:

• To learn whether personal data has been processed.
• To request information regarding the processing of personal data if it has been processed.
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its intended purpose.
• To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, both domestically and internationally.
• To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately.

Requests received by Polydesa.com in this context will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
